Why did we offer this award?

We understand the financial challenges people face, and know that finances can be particularly tough during times of transition, like after leaving school. We’ve taken this opportunity to provide financial support for 10 young Canadians so they have a chance to avoid debt after college as they’re getting ready to embark on their careers.

Fairstone is proud to support career-focused young people who are ready to make a difference in their communities and professions. As they grow up, they, like everyone else, will encounter financial challenges. By supporting them early on in their adult lives, we’re hoping our award recipients’ can achieve financial stability and make healthy financial choices
